How do I understand more about ACE?

Let’s jump on a call and we’ll walk you through how ACE works and the benefits it brings. Once you’re happy to move forward, you can become an accredited ACE Agency Partner by accepting our basic terms and conditions. From there, we’ll give you full support and training – covering the platform, agency tools, client onboarding, and day-to-day management.

What support for sales and marketing do you offer?

As an accredited Agency Partner, ACE will support you in shaping your proposition and identifying sales opportunities. We’ll also provide professionally designed marketing materials for your initial launch – plus fresh content on a regular basis to keep you moving.

What exactly am I buying - is it software, a service, or both?

You’re buying a white-label online platform designed for marketing agencies, packed with over 20 tools, preloaded workflows, and templates. It combines software, our expertise, and support services to help you set up and operate the platform, which you can resell under your own brand

How do I make money with this platform?

You can charge a monthly fee per client, include the platform in your existing retainers, offer paid add-ons like AI chatbots, or charge for setup, onboarding, or training. You can use it to deliver managed services or let clients run the system themselves and provide support when needed. However you price it, the platform is built to provide you with flexible, scalable income - and help you transition from selling hours to delivering outcomes.

Is there a minimum commitment or a contract required?

No. Both platform plans and chatbot add-ons are cancel-anytime, no minimum term, no setup fees, and no lock-in.

Do I need to pay extra to access all 21 tools?

No, both core and unlimited ACE plans include all 21 tools across Attract, Convert, and Engage - including capabilities like CRM, lead funnels, newsletters, voicebots, Google Business Profile management, and more.

What’s the difference between the Core and Unlimited plans?

The difference lies in AI usage:

- Core: Includes 1,000 AI actions per client/month (for bots, content, voice, etc.), then 3p per extra action.

- Unlimited: No AI usage limits per client/month.

What pricing options do I have?

We offer pricing for the following:

- Client Plans – Core and Unlimited View details

- Advanced AI Bots (Complex Knowledge) – Core and Unlimited View details

- Add-ons and Activity-Based Fees (A full table is available upon request)

Are there any extra costs on top of the licence?

Potentially, yes. If your client uses features like the voicebot or sends SMS messages, there are small additional charges. A UK mobile number typically costs around £3 per month, and calls or texts are billed pay-as-you-go. For most UK clients, these costs are negligible - usually just a few pounds each month. Everything else is included in the core licence.

Do you offer agency-wide pricing instead of charging per client?

Yes - 12-month plans offer two key benefits:

1. Fixed pricing for the full year

2. Free set-up for that client account

Do I need to pay for the set-up of each client?

Set-up is equivalent to one month’s fee, charged once per client. It’s free with a 12-month commitment.

Are there advantages to choosing a 12-month plan over monthly rolling?

Currently, pricing is per client per month. But since it's white-label, you control how it’s bundled or charged.

How does billing work?

Billing is set up per client, with both credit card and Direct Debit options available. At the moment, credit invoicing isn’t supported.

Monthly fees are charged on the day the client account is activated and ready to use.

Add-ons are billed one month in arrears.

Usage-based fees (such as AI actions) are deducted from a pre-funded deposit, with automatic top-ups available to keep things running smoothly.

You’ll receive a detailed invoice and payment statement every month for easy reconciliation.

How do new clients get set up?

Each client starts with a simple requirements brief. We’ll create a dedicated account and configure the tools needed. You just need to add their - or yours - payment details and connect any third-party services like Facebook or Google Business Profile. Set-up, launch, and testing steps will be confirmed with you during onboarding.

How long does setup take?

Typically, just a few hours. Everything comes pre-configured, so you can launch key tools like chatbots, CRM, calendars, and emails the same day. Websites and funnels might take a little longer, depending on how many pages you need and how much you want to customise the templates - but even those can often be live within a day or two.

How does it work with the websites? Do you start from my designs?

No, you don't have to send us any designs. The standard setup included in your licence gives you a choice of templates. Simply pick one, send us your client's colour scheme and content, and we'll take care of the rest. We'll customise the styles and rebuild the website to match. If it's a brand-new site, we'll populate it with the content you've provided.

After the initial site setup, you have two options for creating additional websites: you can use the built-in builder to design them yourself, or you can let us assist you for a small fee.If you prefer a completely custom website based on your own designs, we can do that too. Just send them over, and we'll review them and provide a separate quote.

Please note that this setup process is applicable to standard websites with blogs. For eCommerce sites, we'll need to review the project scope first to confirm what's possible and provide an estimate.

Do I have to build anything myself?

No. You get ready-made templates, automations, emails, and campaigns - all pre-built and set up for you by us. You’re free to customise them, but there’s no need to build anything from scratch.

How do I manage multiple clients in the system?

Each client gets their own dedicated workspace - fully branded and separate from others. You manage everything through these workspaces, where you’re the admin. That means you control what each client can see and do, from which tools they can access to whether they can edit, publish, or just view. You stay in full control while giving clients the access that suits your setup.

Can my team use it, or is it just for the client?

Both. Your team can manage everything for the client, or you can let them use it themselves. Or mix and match - the permissions are really flexible and will support any business model you choose.

Do I need technical skills to manage it?

No. It’s built for marketers, not developers. Everything works out of the box, with pre-configured tools that use simple drag-and-drop and menu options - no coding needed.

Is the platform GDPR-compliant?

The platform includes all the tools you need to stay GDPR-compliant (opt-in forms, unsubscribe links, data access controls, and consent tracking). However, it’s your responsibility to ensure your setup, messaging, and data handling meet the requirements of GDPR and any other relevant regulations.

What’s the AI bot actually capable of out of the box?

The standard AI chatbots included in the ACE Platform are ready to go from day one. They can answer FAQs, qualify leads, book appointments, and handle common customer enquiries - which is more than enough for most clients.

However, if your client needs more advanced support, like helping customers choose the right product on an eCommerce site or answering complex service questions, you can upgrade to a Specialised AI chatbot.

That version can be trained on your client’s own documents, pages, or catalogues and

- Answer deep technical queries

- Support eCommerce decisions

- Act like a 24/7 assistant

- Handle product/service documentation

What happens when my client runs out of AI actions?

If your client uses up their included AI actions - 1,000 with the standard ACE platform and 5,000 with the Specialised AI chatbot - they’ll simply be charged a small fee of 3p per additional action. An AI action could be generating a piece of content, triggering an AI-powered workflow, or answering a customer’s question via the chatbot.

Most clients stay well within their allowance, and for those who don’t, the extra cost is usually just a few pounds.

Or you can always upgrade them to the Unlimited plan to remove usage limits entirely.

Do the tools overlap with things I already use (like Pipedrive, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc)?

Yes - and that’s exactly the point.

Instead of stitching together separate tools for CRM, email, funnels, chat, and scheduling, ACE gives you everything in one platform. You get built-in CRM, pipelines, email and SMS marketing, calendars, chatbots, voicebots, Google Business Profile management, and more - all connected and ready to use.

You can run your own agency on it or give each client their own fully branded system.

Can I customise the tools for different client types or industries?

Yes – everything is fully customisable and works as a flexible template. You can update branding, edit the copy, and tailor it to specific niches like dental, real estate, coaching, and more.

Why would my clients use this instead of hiring me to do the work?
